189 Apartments, 100 Townhouses and associated retail spaces over five Stages.

Verve Projects were actively involved in the project feasibility and master planning of the site from the start.  Working closely with our client and the design team, we undertook a value management process with prospective builders that led to a design and construct contract for Stage 1.

The Result

The great result achieved for Stage 1 then rolled into the subsequent Stages of the development.  By working closely with all team members, design and construction processes were further refined to achieve good results for our client.

Coupled with our land subdivision expertise, we believe we have the best mix of knowledge to maximise value on these types of integrated land and development projects.
