Ray has over 30 years of experience in Project Management and civil engineering. Throughout his career, he has undertaken numerous building, civil infrastructure, and land development projects across Victoria, representing a diverse range of developers and landowners. Ray has garnered a well-deserved reputation for his ability to successfully deliver complex property development and infrastructure ventures. In 2022, Verve Projects welcomed Ray's specialised Urban Greening capability, showcasing his commitment to enhancing livability outcomes for present and future communities.

Mark Fleming

Mark is a Chartered Professional Engineer with over 25 years of experience in civil engineering. Following a strong foundation in local government, he developed expertise in consulting with extensive experience in the provision of project management and engineering advice for many of Melbourne’s largest land development projects and development companies.
While maintaining the primary focus on delivering for his clients, Mark has also forged deep industry engagement and has a high degree of influence within the land development industry.

David Hudson

With an impressive tenure of over three decades, David brings extensive expertise in civil engineering technical design and project management to the table. Throughout his career, he has been involved in a wide array of land development and infrastructure projects. His proficiency encompasses the intricacies of complex infrastructure design, ranging from multi-staging greenfield to brownfield residential and industrial development. With his wealth of local experience, David is a valuable asset in delivering successful and innovative solutions.

Seamus Murphy

Seamus is a Chartered Engineer with over 14 years of experience in the civil engineering industry in Victoria, Australia. He has worked on a variety of projects, including major infrastructure, greenfield, infill, and residential projects. Seamus is skilled in meeting challenging deadlines while still maintaining a high-quality output. He is also a team player and is able to work effectively with others to achieve common goals.

Paul Masemann

Paul has over 10 years of professional civil engineering design experience across land development and
infrastructure projects. His experience includes civil engineering design, 3d modelling and design coordination across various project disciplines.
Paul has worked on major infrastructure projects in Australia and New Zealand and has a strong focus on sustainable solutions and urban greening outcomes.

Tim Stephens

Since joining the Verve team in 2007, Tim has been a valuable asset, bringing a wealth of experience to the table. Throughout his tenure, he has accumulated extensive knowledge by actively participating in several noteworthy building and infrastructure projects in Melbourne. Tim's expertise spans across project management and construction management roles, enabling him to navigate complex project landscapes with ease. His contributions have been instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of these significant projects.

Kara Betts

Kara has a wealth of expertise in Business Administration and Operations, with over 25 years’ experience. Throughout her career, she has consistently prioritised delivering exceptional customer service, making it an integral part of her daily work. As Verve's Commercial Manager, Kara assumes responsibility for overseeing all office procedures, utilising her exceptional organisational skills to ensure seamless operations in a bustling and dynamic work environment.

Warren Batiste

Drawing from his extensive experience in designing and implementing cutting-edge IT solutions for large businesses, Warren brings a wealth of expertise to Verve. His primary objective is to optimise workflows and leverage technology to enhance daily operations. By prioritising efficiency and staying abreast of industry advancements, Warren plays a pivotal role in keeping Verve at the forefront of their field, with his innovative approach and deep understanding of the evolving IT landscape.
